Reminder – Civil Courts Proceedings Fees
From 1 July 2013 the Court fee to be paid to HMCTS on filing a Request (form N258) for detailed assessment:
(a) Bill of Costs does not exceed £15,000 – Fee: £325.00
(b) exceeds £15,000 but does not exceed £50,000 – Fee: £655.00
(c) exceeds £50,000 but does not exceed £100,000 – Fee: £980.00
(d) exceeds £100,000 but does not exceed £150,000 – Fee: £1,310.00
(e) exceeds £150,000 but does not exceed £200,000 – Fee: £1,635.00
(f) exceeds £200,000 but does not exceed £300,000 – Fee: £2,455.00
(g) exceeds £300,000 but does not exceed £500,000 – Fee: £4,090.00
(h) exceeds £500,000 – Fee: £5,455.00
