Land Registry property alert
Property fraud is a serious problem – for example “sale” of property by imposters, charges or sales by co-owners without the other co-owner’s permission.
To combat this, the Land Registry has launched a free Property Alert for owners to get an alert when official searches and applications are received against a monitored property. You can register up to 10 properties.
